Did you solve the problem? When I shut this software down even the services attached to it. The download was very easy to obtain! However one thing I have noticed is that when a program tries to access the camera the device manager acts like the camera is disconnected then reconnected. This is not really a fault of the shown here! Reconnect the device and power it on.
